Really fresh raw food vegan sushi by Iwua / Zcela svěží vegan sushi ze "syrové kuchyně" od Iwuy

Hi all,
because I´m absolutely keen about eating fruit-vegetable combinations last weeks I can´t hide this one my recipe from you.

I wish to inspire you trying something new and unusual!


What you need to have your amazing greeny meal?


I have two variants to you :
One just simple : only raw Nori seaweed, banana, zuccini, lettuce and lime
and another one a little bit more japanese with Bragg liquid aminos.

So, how to do it?

You need your sushi bamboo underlay.

1.Seaweed put on it.

2.Prepare juice of 1 lime with water into small cup (in second variant add 1tbsp of Bragg Liquid Aminos).
3.Wet seaweed slightly and put two leafs of lettuce on seaweed with curled side out.
4.Put one peeled banana on it. Wet it with juice a little again - not much, just a little. Cut and add zuccini.
5.Wrap it from one side.
6.Wet surplus part of seaweed with juice and stick it to roll.
7.Press it down with underlay.



8.Slice it carefully for 2 pieces.



9.Taste it!!!


It's delitious and perfectly light food!!
